Any product information, pricing, availability, offer, or promotional detail displayed on the Website shall be treated only as general information or an invitation to place an order, and not as a binding offer or acceptance by the Company. Orders shall be accepted only when expressly confirmed by the respective store and, where applicable, upon confirmation of receipt of payment.
4. Use of the Website:

5. User Information and Consent:
The Website may allow Users to voluntarily provide personal information, including name, mobile number, email address, and other details, for customer engagement, enquiries, marketing communications, promotional offers, loyalty benefits, service-related communication, surveys, events, cookies, analytics, and advertising/personalisation technologies, subject to the Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and applicable consent requirements, and other purposes disclosed at the time of collection, subject to applicable laws and the Company’s Privacy Policy.
By submitting such information, the User consents to the collection and processing of personal data for the specific purposes disclosed at the time of collection and described in the Privacy Policy. The User also authorizes the Company and its representatives to contact the User through phone calls, SMS, email, WhatsApp, or other communication channels for such purposes, subject to applicable law, valid consent requirements, and telecom/customer preference regulations. Nothing in these Terms shall permit unsolicited commercial communication in violation of applicable law.
Where required under applicable law, the Company may seek separate or additional consent for specific purposes. Users may withdraw consent through the manner provided in the Privacy Policy or through the opt-out mechanism made available by the Company. However, withdrawal of consent may limit or prevent the Company from providing certain services, communications, loyalty benefits, offers, or Website features where such personal data is necessary.
Where any material change to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, or the Company’s data processing practices materially reduces User rights or expands the scope of personal data processing, the Company shall seek fresh, specific, and affirmative consent from affected Users prior to or at the time such change takes effect, where required under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and applicable rules.
The User represents that all information provided is true, accurate, current, complete, and lawfully submitted. The Company shall not be responsible for any consequences arising from incorrect, incomplete, outdated, misleading, or unlawfully submitted information.
The User may opt out of marketing communications at any time through the opt-out instructions provided in such communications or by contacting the Company through the details available on the Website. Such opt-out shall not affect the Company’s ability to send transactional, service-related, legal, safety, or order-related communications, where applicable.
6. Store Locator and Store Contact Process:
The Website may provide a store locator feature to help Users identify and access contact details of the Company’s retail outlets. Such details are provided only to facilitate direct communication with the respective store and shall not be treated as a guarantee of service availability, responsiveness, product availability, delivery coverage, or successful communication.
Store information, including address, phone number, operating hours, product availability, and delivery coverage, may change from time to time and may not be updated in real time. Users are advised to verify all relevant details directly with the respective store before relying on them.
Any interaction, communication, or transaction initiated by the User through store contact details made available on the Website shall be subject to confirmation by the respective store in accordance with these Terms.
The Company shall not be liable for delays, miscommunication, non-responsiveness, connectivity failure, or unsuccessful communication caused by telecom networks, internet disruptions, third-party service providers, messaging platforms, or any limitation, error, or input attributable to the User’s device, network, or information
7. Ordering and Payment Process:
The Website does not provide an integrated online ordering or payment mechanism. Orders may be placed only through direct communication with the respective store, including telephone calls or third-party messaging platforms such as WhatsApp.
The store representative may confirm product requirements, specifications, pricing, availability, delivery details, and payment details. No order shall be deemed accepted merely because product information, pricing, availability, offers, store contact details, or payment details are displayed or communicated. An order shall be treated as accepted only upon express confirmation by the respective store and, where applicable, confirmation of receipt of payment.
Users must make payments only through payment modes, QR codes, payment links, UPI IDs, or bank/payment details officially communicated by the respective store or an authorized Company representative. The Company shall not be responsible for payments made to unauthorised persons, incorrect QR codes, fraudulent links, fake payment requests, or thirdparty accounts not shared through official Company or store communication channels.
The User shall verify the order summary, product details, quantity, delivery address, amount payable, and payment details before making payment. Once payment is made and the order is confirmed, cancellation, refund, replacement, or modification shall be subject to the Company’s applicable policy and the perishable nature of the products.
In case of payment failure, duplicate payment, excess payment, or payment dispute, the User must promptly contact the respective store or the Company with proof of payment. Refunds, if any, shall be processed after verification through the original or legally permissible payment mode, subject to payment service provider timelines.
The Company does not guarantee product availability, acceptance of all order requests, or delivery to all locations. The Company may accept, reject, or cancel any order due to product unavailability, serviceability constraints, operational limitations, payment issues, suspected fraud, or any other reasonable cause.
The User acknowledges that ordering and payment may involve third-party platforms, including WhatsApp, telecom operators, UPI/payment service providers, and other communication or payment channels. The Company shall not be liable for delays, failures, errors, outages, security issues, or disputes arising from such third-party platforms. If the Company introduces any integrated online ordering or payment feature on the Website in the future, such feature shall be subject to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, and any additional transaction, refund, cancellation, and payment terms notified by the Company.
8. Product Information and Availability: -

The User acknowledges that the products are perishable in nature and may naturally vary in weight, size, cut, appearance, packaging, and final quantity due to stock, location, processing method, and operational feasibility. Actual products delivered may differ from the images displayed on the Website.
All products, prices, offers, quantities, taxes, delivery charges, and availability shall be confirmed by the respective store before order confirmation. The Company reserves the right to modify, update, discontinue, or correct any product, pricing, offer, or product-related information at any time, without prior notice.
Where any product is sold as a packaged or pre-packed commodity, applicable mandatory declarations, labelling, MRP, weight, manufacturer/packer details, and other legally required information shall be provided in accordance with applicable law on the product/package or through appropriate communication at the time of sale.
9. Delivery Terms:-
Delivery of products shall be undertaken by the respective store, subject to serviceability, operational feasibility, and confirmation of receipt of full payment. Any delivery timelines communicated are indicative only and may vary due to traffic, weather, operational constraints, law-and-order issues, force majeure, or other factors beyond the Company’s reasonable control. Delivery may be refused, cancelled, delayed, or rescheduled where the address is outside serviceable limits, unsafe, inaccessible, incorrect, incomplete, restricted, or otherwise not feasible for delivery.
The User shall provide accurate and complete delivery address and location details and ensure that the recipient is available at the delivery location at the time of delivery.
The Company does not provide unattended or contactless delivery for perishable products unless expressly permitted by the respective store in a specific case. If the User is unavailable, the products may be handed over to a neighbour, security personnel, reception, or any other person available at the delivery location only upon the User’s express confirmation through call, message, or other recorded communication. Such handover shall be deemed valid delivery, and the risk and responsibility in respect of the products shall pass to the User upon such handover.
If the User does not provide such confirmation, or if no authorised recipient is available at the delivery location, the products may be returned to the respective store. In such cases, cancellation, refund, replacement, or any further delivery attempt, if any, shall be at the discretion of the respective store and subject to operational feasibility, applicable charges, and the perishable nature, condition, and usability of the products. The Company shall not be liable for any delay, deterioration, loss, damage, or additional cost arising due to incorrect address details, User unavailability, delayed confirmation, refusal to accept delivery, or failure to receive the products.

10. Perishable Goods and Customer Responsibility:-
The User acknowledges that all products supplied by the Company are perishable in nature, including fresh meats and related products, and require proper inspection, handling, storage, refrigeration where required, and timely consumption.
Upon delivery, the User shall immediately inspect the products and ensure that they are stored and consumed in accordance with applicable food safety standards, product-specific instructions, or timelines communicated by the Company or respective store. The Company shall not be responsible for any deterioration, quality issue, or adverse effect arising after delivery due to improper handling, storage, delayed consumption, partial consumption, cooking, mixing, disposal, or failure to follow recommended conditions.
Quality complaints relating to visible issues, shortage, wrong item, damaged packaging, or delivery condition must be raised immediately upon delivery or within the complaint window communicated by the Company or respective store, which may vary based on the product type and nature of the complaint, along with photographs/video, bill/order details, and product condition details. Nothing in these Terms shall exclude any non-excludable statutory consumer rights. However, refunds, replacements, or credits shall be limited to verified Company-attributable issues and shall not apply where the issue arises due to User conduct, incorrect information, delayed acceptance, improper storage, delayed consumption, partial consumption, cooking, mixing, disposal, or third-party factors beyond the Company’s control.
11. Marketing and Loyalty-Related Communications:
By providing your contact details on the Website, you consent to receive communications from the Company, including offers, discounts, product updates, loyalty benefits, rewards, service updates, and notifications, subject to applicable law and valid consent requirements.
Loyalty, reward, cashback, coupon, discount, referral, and promotional programs may be subject to separate terms, eligibility criteria, validity periods, usage limits, exclusions, redemption conditions, and modification or withdrawal rights communicated by the Company from time to time. The Company may withdraw, modify, suspend, or correct any such benefit in case of error, misuse, fraud, technical issue, operational reason, stock limitation, serviceability constraint, or legal requirement.
Communications may be sent through phone calls, SMS, email, WhatsApp, or other permitted channels, subject to applicable telecom and customer preference regulations. Nothing in these Terms permits unsolicited commercial communication in violation of applicable law. The User may opt out of marketing or promotional communications at any time through the available opt-out mechanism or by contacting the Company. Such opt-out shall not restrict the Company from sending transactional, service-related, legal, safety, or order-related communications, where applicable.
